The Arizona Fire District Association has a special arrangement to offer it’s members a 5% discount on Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Individual Health Insurance Plans.  This discount does not apply to group health insurance through BCBS of AZ; nor is it meant to replace group insurance you may already have in place.  This discount is meant to help those who do not have group health insurance available to them through their employer; or who find it more affordable to insure their dependents (spouse and/or children) on an individual plan.
